Question My computer suddenly shutdown and restarts with my UPS beep sound ?

My computer suddenly shutdown and restarts with my UPS beep sound despite uninterrupted power supply . What could be the problem? any fix i need to do with my mother board connections?
I m using coarsair VS650 , DDR3 mother board, with GTX960, 2x8GB ram, wifi pcie card and a 3.0usb 20pin bi dongle slot plugged on my motherboard. Fans are working fine.

Maybe it's best to get a new computer, I'm not an insane helper, but I do know that if your PSU is beeping then its best to get a new PSU, I've never had that problem, but try getting a new one, maybe the one you have is dead.

The UPS beeps. Not the PSU.

Are you losing power when this happens? What UPS? How old is the UPS? If the batteries are old, the UPS isn't going to do anything during a power outage. Unfortunately, UPS batteries don't last very long.

Sorry, sounds like a UPS or power problem. If you temporarily bypass the UPS (still use a known good power bar) what happens?
