My Computer's cpu usage 100% constant

Well, i'd say about two weeks ago I built my gaming computer, I was quite happy with it. Been working great until now. So now no matter what my cpu load is at 100%, idle, etc...

My rig is:
PNY GTX 260
Xion 630W
MSI 770-G45
AMD PHENOM II X4 955( Stock Clock)
IDE Hard Drive
SATA DVD Drive

I've scanned for viruses, checked all things that could be running and no luck, right now I'm under no Genuine windows 7 because the bastard who put the OS on my drive for me was a fake, please any help would be appreciated!

Also It says I have 54 processes running when I have like 15 in Task Manager

Nm Solved had a program called foldingcpu that completely screwed it up, got rid of it and now everything works again
