Question my corsair led strips

I'm just wondering since I'm buying the corsair lighting node pro with the led strips and a kit which has even more of those. The question is that where do I connect the strips? Lighting node pro? Mobo?

Corsair LED strips plug into Corsair Lighting Node Pro and you can control them via Corsair iCUE.
