Question My corsair vengeance rgb pro wont run at 3200mhz

I just built a PC with a b450 gigabyte aorus pro wifi mobo, 2600x cpu and 32gb of ram. I had built the exact same one for my girlfriend but with 16gbs of ram and when I set xmp on for her ram it started running at 3200mhz no problem. I just don't understand why my wont do the same. I had tired putting my ram into her pc to see if it would work and still didn't. I had tried setting the voltage manually to 1.35 when I save and exit it my pc wont boot up and end up having to flash cmos. I'm also running bios F51, theres a new bios update but when reading the update doesn't seem to have any memory updates.

Is it possible my ram is defective??
Could It be my mother bored?
Or is it cause running a 2600x with 32gbs (2x16gb)?

Is that memory model CMW32GX4M2C3200C16? If so, the memory is not compatible. There are very few sets over 3000MHz for B450 chipset motherboards. HERE is the QVL for your board with your CPU.

I would contact Corsair support for their recommendation.

Yes, it is. I was looking at that but my girlfriends memory was able to run 3200mhz and hers is a CMW16GX4M2C3200C16.... So did she just get lucky??
If so should I just change my motherboard or get a different sticks of ram?

If possible I would like to keep the ram due to having it bought at a store who doesn't refund opened products...
