[SOLVED] My CPU and GPU hits high rite after it boots. Fan runs in 4700rpm.

Hp omen i7-8750H, 16 GB RAM, 4 GB 1050Ti GPU. Rite after booting laptop starts heating and GPU as well.
I see a wired report from GPU-z that the GPU is limiting.

Hey there,

Have you tried changing the performance profiles in Omen Gaming Hub? This will reduce the power going to the CPU on comfort mode, a balanced mix of CPU power and mid temps on default, and then super hot with high fans speeds, but great performance - in high performance mode. High performance mode simply takes off the PL1/PL2 power limitations and lets the CPU rip at full speed, at the downfall of extreme heat and fan noise.

Try the different settings and see if they make a difference.

I did change that. It now says the GPU is inactive

Try using HWMon/Info for monitoring. It's better software than CPU-z, which is basic.
