My cpu is running hotter than it used to

Hey,

Processor: i7 5820k
Cooler: corsair H100i GTX

I bought these two components exactly 3 years ago. The CPU used to run at around 30 degrees Celsius idle and 50-55 load. So since about 3-4 months ago i have had problems with the CPU getting much hotter than it used to sometimes up to 80 degrees Celsius. I have since replaced to thermal paste three times, but it's still not what it used to be. I am getting 40-45 degrees Celsius idle and 70-75 degrees Celsius load this is both when the fan speed is set to 2640 rpm ( max ) and the pump speed 3000 rpm ( max ) i used to be able to get 30 degrees Celsius with a much lower rpm on my fans and pump, but if i try to put the rpm at around 1000 for the fans and 3000 rpm for the pump my CPU will continue to increase in temperature till the PC crashes. I am honestly clueless, is the cooler broken? Does it have something to do with my CPU? The thermal paste has been put on it correctly i am 100% sure about that.

Thanks a lot for the help!

There may be an issue with the pump. What is the pump speed at in Corsair link? If it is going above 3000 rpm there may be a clog. It has happened to me before and I had to replace the cooler.

Something is off as your CPU should not gain temps if have not changed the voltage or frequency.

The pumps rpm fluctuates between 2970 - 3060 rpm
I have never overclocked my CPU or changed anything since the beginning.

Thanks
