Hello,
So a couple of weeks ago I watched some Youtube videos and I decided to play a game (a game that I usually play) called Overwatch (it's a pretty heavy game) when I launched the game my PC started lagging like crazy and it never happend before so I asked people what is the problem and they told me to check my CPU and it's probably the problem so I went to BIOS and I saw that my CPU temp was at 99 °c!
I don't know much about computers and this is the info about my PC:
i7
16G RAM
Memory 2T black
CPU 4.00GHz
GTX 960
Motherboard MSI
And I have a watercooling CPU
I cleaned my fans from dust and my fans are spinning.

Please help!

Clearly you have a problem with your cooler.

You need to make sure that you have coolant and that there are no air bubbles in your pipes.
Also you need to be sure that the contact between HS and CPU is still good.

Who built the system? How old is it?

So check your cooling system first.

My PC is about 3.7 years old and I bought the PC from a company and they built my PC and I'm afraid to check my pipes because I don't know much about computers and I'm afraid that I'm going to make everything worse and how to I know that the contact between HS and CPU is still good?

Thanks for the help and the response

Its bad already, look up the manual for your cooling system and see what they recommend, otherwise I suggest that you take the PC to a service centre.

Yes you will have to pay but it should be less than the price of a new machine.

Alright, thanks!

How did your system not crash in the 3.7 years that you had it? Something is really wrong with the cooling system? Otherwise you are reading the temperature incorrectly. Can you provide a screen shot of the temperature reading? Thanks.

it means that there is no heat exchange between CPU and radiator. Probably no fluid being pumped, so eithre the pump has failed or there is no fluid in the system

Is your pump operating?

If you can't do it your self, take it to a good local repair shop or even the shop that built it.

Alternately buy a good air cooler (Noctua HDH15) and replace your water cooled system.

You can't leave it as is.
