My custom build - please help **UPDATED

I am requesting any input as I am configuring a custm build and I am a novice. I would appreciate any suggestions regarding my selecting components(good, bad, or ugly). I am trying to get the most bang for the buck of course. I am looking to buy now and the system will be used for gaming and everyday & all day use. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The RAM you have chosen is triple channel meant for an X58 board (i7). You would probably want 2x2 gigs of RAM. For a good case that's not expensive take a look at the Antec 300. For a psu look at the OCZ 550w Fatal1ty modular at zipzoomfly (free ground shipping + rebate).

also, get a Radeon 4870 instead of the GTX260, you never know if you are going to crossfire later

Thanks for the info. I have replaced the ram with the suggested. I understand the crossfire, but I have always been an Nvidia guy over ati. But please tell me if I am missing something. Is 550 enough juice on the power supply? Please keep the input coming. This is very helpful. I am planning on buying today or tomorrow, so please keep them coming.

I see just about everyone on this forum recommending the GSKILL in your first link in a lot of threads when it comes to 1066 DDR2 so I'm guessing it's a good one to go with.
