This is a combo I plan to get with my computer
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.339703

This is my PC:

This is the first time I've ever upgraded my PC, will this be compatible? I measured the area from the back of my case to the HDD expansion cage, and it came out to be about 9.5-11 inches, give or take some wires. I cannot overclock my CPU, the BIOS is locked because I use an Acer, so will my PC bottleneck games? Is it worth it getting this card if my CPU cannot handle it? If not, do you have any better GPUs in mind? I use a 20" inch monitor, and usually game at 1680x1050. I am a MMO gamer, but I tend to play some of the newer MMOs, Lord of the Rings Online, Global Agenda, AION, etc. This PSU should do well with the GPU and my desktop, right?

Thanks for your help, guys!

It will be compatible and I would expect a bottleneck from that tri-core phenom. They weren't great processors, but you could always try to use software to overclock to help alleviate the bottleneck. They also don't overclock very well.

Like I said there's a very good chance you can upgrade your CPU actually. Or did you mean you can't afford to upgrade it? If not DL this;

and tell us what it says for the model of your motherboard.
For your current CPU the bottleneck won't be huge in general but it will vary depending on the game and what settings you are using. The HD5770 is a good choice for that resolution. This is a very nice deal for $130 if you use promocode EMCYNYX67

It's 512mb instead of 1gb but that shouldn't be a big deal at 1680x1050. Any HD5770 should easily fit in your case BTW.

I really can't afford the CPU upgrade atm, all I want to upgrade is GPU and PSU.

EDIT: Actually... I mean... yeah, I could afford a CPU... but how much of a preformance boost would it give me? How hard is it to replace a CPU? Is there any cards that will give me a good preformance boost that actually might work on my CPU very well?

Yes, the HD5770 is a good choice as we said earlier. It will be massively better than the IGP if that is what you are using now.
It's not hard to upgrade the CPU, we just can't seem to find any firm data on what processors your motherboard can handle :/
