My Documents "location is not available"

I'm getting this error whenever I try to access my documents folder: "C:\Users\Me\Documents is not accessible. The file name, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect." I've already tried looking for solutions for this, like checking its' properties only to find nothing in it and is labeled as a system folder. Apparently my original My Documents folder seems to have been moved to a different directory although it is still located under "C:\Users\Me". Any advice in fixing this?

Local Disc (C:) has all the users folders. And if you're asking if I'm able to open them from there, yes I can. however I can't from from the file explorer.

No it doesn't. The only time it showed up was when I tried signing up for a new account and logging in as that user.

Checked it and I am though. I meant to say the message asking me to continue popped up on the other account.
