Question My drives keep disappearing

I have recently installed a 3080 into my system and after some use of the system (time varies) all drives except the os drive disappear from file explorer. When I go to the Disk Management in windows all the disks are all listed but unallocated. Using the program EaseUS Partition Master, all disks (except os drive) have switched partition formants from GPT to MBR. In order to regain access to my files I have to initialize to GPT and then use partition recovery on each disk. I have already reinstalled windows once and tested all drives, plugging them in one at a time alone to no avail. My first thought was that this is a power issue but with a 850W PSU and only one drive plugged in, the drive still unallocates. Any help is appreciated.
