I buyed a new e5800,i placed it in my computer and putted thermal grease on it and reinstalled win 7 64-bit.A bit latter i tryed my favorite game(Star Conflict,,,this game was the reason for the new cpu)and i got 20 fps but with my 15 years old e2200 i got 55 fps.The game was the on the same version. And i tested it with the old cpu and with the new on the same day so the other components aren't the "criminals". Then why?
2x1 Gb DDR2 800 Mhz Ram
E2200(15 years old) vs E5800(New) CPU
Radeon HD 48xx GPU
360 W PSU
D41TY Motherboard
Game:Star Conflict
I don't want to hear anything about "Upgrade your old shitty pc"
I thinking about 2x2 Gb ram.
E2200 2x2,2 Ghz (Wolfdale)
65 nm
FSB 800 Mhz
TDP 65 W
L2 Cache 1 MB
E5800 2x3,2 Ghz (Wolfdale)

TDP 65 W
L2 Cache 2 MB
