Question My entire build is finally finished, but it won't even boot to BIOS, what am I doing wrong here?

The motherboard itself is giving me a Code 18, which is a PEI Progress Code, that specific code reads Pre-Memory System Agent initialization (System Agent module specific).

As for my build, I'm running,
Mobo: msi Z270 Gaming M5
PSU: Corsair CX650M
GPU: Geforce GTX 1050
CPU: Intel Core i3-9100 Coffee Lake Quad Core
RAM: Ballistix 2x8gb DDR4-3200

I'm just sorta banging my head against the wall at this point.

200 series motherboard only work with 6th/7th gen intel
