Thank you! I don't think that something touches the fan because after like a half of hour of using my PC the noise stopped. I will disconnect the fan if nothing touches it and see if I still hear the noise (this is not the CPU fan). But some time ago when I was playing a game that was using kinda much recources from my PC sometimes when I was playing the game I heard the same sound but when I paused the game to go to settings or something the noise stopped.Generally if a fan starts to make some weird noises there are to possibilities:
1> something hits the fan (a cable for example) - in which case you need to make sure it does not happen again
2> the fan is dying - in which case you should replace it.
Of course you have to find out which fan is making noise, and if it would turn out it is PSU fan then of course you can't replace it - you have to replace whole PSU.
Thank you! The next time I booted my PC without doing anything because I forgot to do what the other person told me but the noise stopped. And as I said it was happening before when I was playing a game. That fan is kinda old anyway, this PC is from 2011.You can gently tap the center of the fan while it's working to see if this removes the noise or if the pitch changes. If it does, this means that mechanical failure in the fan is the issue. In that case you'll have to change the fan (usually use can also try adding some oil under the fan sticker to see if it helps in case it's been dried out, but this usually doesn't help). If tapping doesn't effect the sound than the issue might be in supply voltage received by fan, or something is physically effecting it (for example you disassembled and reassembled the fan mount and screwed some screws back tighter then others which can deform the plastic, etc.).
