my fast computer is slowing down, no virus nothing changed

hi there, I have a core i7 860 with 8gb of ram , windows 7 pro 64 bit, GeForce 860, 2 monitor
this computer was quite fast 5 years ago
2 years ago I added a samsung ssd from that moment on was, obviously , incredibly fast,
very reactive, in opening browser session loading software and so on
in the last year I didn't changed anything inside the pc no hardware changes no software changes I even stopped to update windows.

but in the last few months the pc is becoming increasingly slow. less reactive, laggy... very long time to scroll a web page, almost stuck .. frozen... for seconds

video on you tube are jittering, laggy, even if they are buffered but till one years ago they were perfectly smooth

I usually have 15 browser session opened, photoshop, skype, teamviewer and some other programs are loaded, I mean I'm using this computer a lot.

basically I always though was the hard disk bottleneck, the fragmentation inside the hard disk, but with an ssd should not possibile...

sorry for my English, I'm not an native English speaker

any idea?

It might just be old age at this point. Have you tried updating the drivers?

Update your drivers, download ccleaner, uninstall unnecessary programs, run a virus scan, if all else fails try an OS reinstall

upgrade ram ...clean pc ..win 8 at least ? use a less mem. hogging and intensive antivirus program .. to many programs loaded at start ...can be anything ...in any case try more ram ...
