My First Build! Any good?

Looks pretty good to me. I would definitely change your power supply, though - xfx makes a wonderful quality 550w unit.

I would also get a $50 case and upgrade to a R9 280 or 280x - it'll make a big difference.

+1 to Darksable's suggestions, a better video card and an appropriate PSU for it will improve the performance of your build by a large margin.

Any xfx or seasonic of 550 to 650 watts will work great for you.

^ What he said. FSP, Flower Power, and Antec are also good options.
