My first ever PC build, need advice and help $1500-2000 budget (everything new)

This is the best air cooler with extreme ugliness, but it'll cool your CPU well. The higher the MHz on a RAM, the fastest it is, but you'll have to OC your CPU to use that max of 2400MHz of RAM, I chose that because for lower frequencies it is only $1-10 difference, but you can go down if you wish. Hybrid drives are pretty bad from what I've heard, I don't know why, but they're just bad. WD black series is one of the best HDDs you can get, they're best in overall as in performance and durability. What about this mobo, Asrock makes some of the best mobos.

Yeah, that one is also pretty good, but it's z87, Asus is also one of the best mobo manufacturers. What about this one, do they have it for sale?
