First of all guys sorry if i do sound dumb but this is my first time overclocking and english is not my first language.

I watched youtube videos and read overclocking guides online but i am still clueless if my overclocking is good or no. I overclock my Ryzen 5 2600 @3.9ghz on all cores without changing anythin on my voltage is that bad? I ran Cinebench and scored 1322 @3.9ghz on all cores is that normal? After that i ran Aida64 for 2hrs and Im getting 68c stable. So is it a good overclocking even though i haven't touched my voltage and leave it on stock default cause Im really terrified touching the voltage i might wreck my r5 2600. I would really appreciate any comments from the overclocking gods out there.

By the way here is my full pc specs.
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600
MoBo: Aorus B450 Pro
Cooler: Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi
RAM: Crucial Balistix 2x8gb 2666mhz
GPU: Galax Gtx1060 6gb
Fan Case:Rakk maris X2 3intake, 3exhaust 1300rpm
PSU: Seasonic m12ii 520w

Aida64 2hrs running @3.9ghz on all cores

I oc'ed mine using bios, should i use the rzen master instead? I think its stable but im not sure though. Its been running Aida64 for 2hrs without any problem and after running it i played PUBG and its all good. It should be fine without tweaking the voltage right? My next target is to learn to OC my gtx1060 6gb without touching voltage (im not comfortable touching the voltage LOL! maybe next time xD), best software for that is MSI afterburner right?

Yes sir i used the bios when i oc'ed it. I opened Ryzen Master for accurate reading of temps and clock mhz only.
