For the cpu cooler I prefer the cooler master hyper 212 evo.

You are way overpaying for the ram. Get 2 sticks of 4 gb ram for about $45.

For the video card, either increase your budget by about $20 and get a 7870 or lower it and get a different 7850. Or you could get a cheaper mobo and put that cash towards a better gpu.

Trade that case for an antec 300 or a cooler master elite 430.

You don't need a 700w psu, get a lower wattage one that is 80+ certified. (at least 500w)
