So about 3 days ago I had that urge to use Omegle and speak to strangers. In my interests tab I have written "PC" and "pcmasterrace" to find another brother. And there it is, found someone. So we started talking, and we really did that for almost 30-40 minutes. Basically he's living in Serbia and he has a weak PC and wants to upgrade. He wants to get himself a new PC but he can't find any good local shops, and he doesn't trust the other online shops (ebay, amazon, etc..). I added him on Skype and there we started talking a lot. Now here's the deal. I really want to help him as I was lost 'bout 1 year ago, until mighty GabeN showed me the light. His budget is "I got 650 ish and a few hundred more in the bank." (euros). And now I'm asking you guys, in the name of GabeN, please help me find a good place where he could get everything he needs. (Doesn't actually need to be in Serbia, but it's recommended - but a good international retailer which would ship to Serbia is ok aswell.) So he could build his rig and play calmly with his girlfriend and his buddies.

I will be also editing pretty often so I can inform you about the current situation.

Thank you very much.

I don't know about Serbia, but I know that there are local retailers in Eastern Europe who sell parts at very, very low prices (compared to the UK or USA or some western European countries). Tell him to Google search for part sellers in his country or ask some hardware enthusiast/specialist about his local market. It should really work. Cheers.
