It is a very good build. The only thing I'd change is that monitor, perhaps you should consider an ASUS VE247H instead. For AC Unity, you'd get around 20 fps maxed out, or 30-40 fps on low because the game is such a garbage port. However, should get a good 60 fps on high/ultra for most other AAA titles like GTA V.

If you're planning on gaming with that build for a while, then you'll want a better GPU so that you can get good FPS (30-60+) in most games. A 970 or 980/980ti would be the way to go, if you have the money for it.

The CPU is a decent, low-priced option. Again, if you have the funds, then a i5 (like an i5-4460, i5-4690k or something similar) would be a more powerful option long-term.

good setup. almost the same as mine really exept mine may be just a little bit better. and i play bf4 on high settings sometimes ultra on certain maps

your cpu is a bit better but mine is overclocked at the max also i think my gpu is a bit better than yours maybe not idk when i really look at urs ur setup may be a bit better really

Get a good power supply. The VS line of Corsair PSU's are cost cutters and are garbage. Get a Seasonic S12II 520W. Well worth the extra 1800 you'll pay.
The power supply is the one thing you should not budget on. If it goes, it'll take your motherboard or 960 with it.
