Question My game stutters but not when i share it live on Discord ?

Hi!
So my pc in game started stuttering, i have around 140-150 fps yet it the screen freeze for a mili second which is annoying.
I did every basic thing, like
-Reinstall Windows
-Reinstall the games
-Update Driver
-Lower/Higher the power for gpu

But when i screen share on discord the stuttering stops and i have no idea how this could happen.
I'd appreciate any help!
