Question My games crashes, please help me fix it

While playing games such as fortnite or apex legends and many more, after a couple of minutes it just crashes, my ethernet is fine and while the game is working there is no lagg and i can play it on high settings, i would appreciate it if you could help me find out what it is that causes it, and how to fix it

The CPU is poor quality . maybe it's latching off , causing crashes.

when i ran a msi afterburner test it only used like 40- 50% of the cpu

The psu is not good quality but should still suffice for the rig you have. I think it is more likely a stability issue. Q1: did you overclock? If so, restore to default and try again. Q2: do a memtest86 on ram for several hours. Q3: Can you describe more on the crash? Q4: Try to unplug GPU and play with IGPU, see if it helps.

good brand can have poor quality units too, you need to look at specific model. Like EVGA W1 is very bad quality.
