[SOLVED] My gpu fans stop after 20 seconds after boot time

The gpu just shuts off during boot. I have taken all the cables out and pluged them back in.
I have been plugging the monitor in using the HDMI port on the motherboard.

Specs:
Cpu: Intel i3 9100f
Gpu: AMD Radeon Rx 570 4gb
Power supply: Montech BETA 550W 80+ Bronze
Ram: TEAMGROUP T-force Vulcan Z 16gb (2x8gb)
Case: Corsair 275r airflow
Motherboard: Asus Prime B365m-a
SSD: PNY CS900 240GB 3D NAND 2.5" SATA III

Yes unless the gpu is under intense load and needs the fans to actually cool off they shut off to save power

I'm a bit confused here, is it only the fans or the gpu itself that shuts down which leads to no display?

And why did you plug the hdmi cable into the mobo and not the gpu? your cpu doesn't have onboard graphics so you won't be getting any display out of the monitor.
