Question My GPU (HP OEM RTX 2060 Super) has a broken component? Any idea how bad this is?

I was inspecting and cleaning a used GPU I got about a month ago that has been giving me problems (although it's not clear if the problems were my PC or the GPU itself) and noticed what appears to be a broken component on the back. It appears to be either a surface mount capacitor or resistor that normally sits right under the GPU core. Anyone have any idea how bad this is? This thing wasn't cheap and it's been a little over a month since I got it (mostly because I was trying to fix my computer problems) so I am not sure if I can still manage to get a refund this late from eBay.

It appears it was ripped off, most probably identical to ones around it, I doubt it's something extra and not badly needed,
