Hello everyone, am kind of confused with a problem that my gpu seems to own since a couple of weeks or so, i hope u can help me guys..
Anyway, a couple of days ago, i noticed with gpu-z that after a while i turn on my pc, the card goes to the highest clocks on the core and the memory, with 95% of gpu load and an average of 62-63°C without playing anything!!. A friend of mine told me it could be a damn bitcoin trojan, then i checked with antivirus (avira) it detected several suspicious files, deleted all of them, but the problem persist. If i disconnect my pc from the internet, the card goes to base clocks on the core (not idle ones), while the mem clocks stays about the same and of couse, like expected, the temperature goes down to 46-47 °C, it´s like some process that starts up after a while (5-10 minutes since i turn on my pc), but how to know wich one it´s causing this?, antivirus do not detect whan am looking for..., if it actually is a bitcoin trojan
I have experienced laggy performance when this process starts up at the same time i am playing, too messed up to keep playing after that, not to mention using p2p software wich it is the second main reason i use/turn on my pc, i don´t want to know what happens to the card when u stay with that clocks and temperature after 12-24 hours activated, basically, i just can´t do much of what i need on my pc because of this...
Already tried uninstalling current drivers, re-installing older ones, antivirus, rebootin Nvidia process on task manager, don´t wanna have to re-format, want to keep that as a last resort in case anything else does not work, i hope u can give me some more ideas to keep testing.
I´ll post an gpu-z screenshot when this thing is happening
BTW my system specs are:
FX-6300 on defalut clocks
Toshiba 128 GB SSD
8 Gb hyper x Kingston (2 * 4 GB)
Mobo Asus M5A97 R2.0
Thx in advance
