I have an SSD as a boot drive and HDD as storage drive. I deleted my HDD volume because it had a circle with an X on it in Disk Management. And now this happens,

The HDD shows in BIOS and in Device Manager but not in DISKPART when I list volumes.

When I try to click "Convert to Basic Disk" or "Convert to MBR disk".
It will show "The operation is not allowed on a disk that is offline".

Any help is appreciated.

Was the drive synced to OneDrive at some point? I ask because such a symbol is used to indicate the inability to sync.

In diskpart does it show in the list disk command? If so you should be able to clean, allocate, and format it.
