My hard disk keeps randomly disconnecting

Hi,
I have 3 hard disks. A SSD & 2x seagate 1 tb HDD.
The 1 tb harddisks are less than 6 months old.
Recently one of my Seagate 1TB hard disks has been randomly disconnecting every 7 - 10 minutes. This is what I have tried for fixing it:
- I did a SMART test and it passed.
- I ran Seatools. I managed to run "Fix Short" on that disk but I am not able to run a "Fix Long" on it cos of this issue.
- I changed SATA ports & I changed the SATA cable.
- I checked my power supply and saw that it did not cross 100w while the disconnection was happening(I have 550w psu).

What could be the possible issue?

The electronics, or even the part of some chip or its internals on the disk might have developed a loose connection due to heating and cooling.

There is nothing much you can do except back up your data ASAP and get a new drive.

mntolia, try the HDD on another unit to see if this continues to happen. If it does, you can contact support here.
