My SSD drive is perfectly working and fine. My hard drive recently has been disappearing from my list of drives. I can't access anything that I had installed on my hard drive when this happens. When I boot up my computer it works perfectly fine, but then when I'm trying to play Destiny2 my hard drive just disappears. I've checked my computer for any loose cables or anything like that. This is my second time experiencing this kind of problem. That time before I just completely reset my computer, but now I care more about my data than a few dollars. I tried looking at my drive and seeing if it has problems and troubleshooting it as well. I'm using Crystaldisk to check the status of my drives and it says "caution" for my hard drive whilst it says "good" for my SSD

the caution is from the reallocated sector count. when sectors go bad they are marked as such and the data sent to spare sectors. this is not a good sign. failing sectors happen to drives on the way out.
I suggest not powering the drive until you can backup everything to a known good drive as this one is questionable now. I would not trust the drive for any data not already backed up.
that is a fairly young drive too 1300 hours. it may be warranted and can be RMA'd.
download and run the makers diagnostics (seatools) on the drive and see what it says.

Run what? diagnostics? Is Seatools a program I am supposed to install? My SSD drive is good, but it won't have enough space to back everything up.

yes backup ASAP if you can. if you cannot, I would remove it and leave it unpowered until you have the space to back up.
seatools is a program seagate has available to test their drives. available at seagates website for free.
