Question my hdd is acting weird suddenly

hi guys so i have my windows on my SSD but the other hdd i have started to act weird how ?
well i use that drive for downloads (any type of download including torrent )
while am watching an anime i downloaded , the video itself started to cut and reset itself
and i cant copy anything out of it gives an error (with no msg)
searched the net for solution found nth that looks like it i check the drives from the cmd it says OK i formatted the HDD and downloaded a video to test it out same thing happened cutting and i cant copy it to other drives
i have a pc with
cpu i3-7100
amd r9 270x
12gb ram ddr4 (in case u need the info)

How many drives in the system?

Your HDD is overheating. You have to improve air-flow inside your pc enclosure.

Pending sectors - means the drive could not read some of sectors. They need to be resolved (by overwriting them ).
This can be done with mhdd (scan with relocate option).

also ive started an error scan with the tool u gave me the hd tune there is alot of red sectors -_- i'll post a screen after it finishes too
