Question My headset and keyboard disconnects and I need to replug in sharing screen and various games

Hi,

This is a problem that has been happening that past year or so.

When I want to share my screen, usually in Discord, but I have also tried using Messenger or Zoom, my computer kind of freezes and disconnects the headset and my keyboard usually.
In games it can happen out of the blue with no initial issues at start. In heavier loads like a game like Rust, I have had an error code pop up after the computer freezes for 10 sec, where it says my sounds card is not compatible.

Now my computer is a pretty decent build, with a 3080, AMD Ryzen 5900x, 64 gb RAM (I upgraded from 32 gb, to see if that was the problem).
Samsung SSD 970 1 tb and a B550 Aorus Pro v2.

I would really appreciate any hints on what could cause it, or a way to fix / troubleshoot it!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

As for your OS, where did you source the installer? Might want to open up Device Manager and see if you have any items flagged with a yellow exclamation mark.
