My i7 4790k is underclocked HELP

Hello everyone i need help i have

Intel Core i7 4790K S 1150 Haswell Refresh Quad Core Processor

and its only clocking at 3.60 ghz i did not mess with the settings in bios or anything just came like this 😱 how can i fix it

other specs

evga gtx 1080 sc
8gb ddr3 1600 <-- upgrading to 32gb in week
600 watt powersupply
Old acer predator motherboard

see and that pic is max turbo boost cpu speed 4 ghz and i cannot enable that for some reason so its stuck at 3.6

it show 4790, not 4790K, S or T

should be k that amazon link is one i bought and then got it fitted in day it came

can you check the box? or anything that came with the package?

i sold the box with my i5 in the box is there any other way to check 😱

I would still contact amazon. If they have the documentation, they might do something.
