I will be doing all the ordering peirpherals/monitors etc. But holding off on CPU, Mobo, GPU to see if anything new is introduced by end of July. Anyway here is my list.

Are they any advice? What fans would you guys recommend and is the PSU enough. I won't really be O.C maybe slightly but not much. I'll be adding 2 more ram to take advantage of the Quad Mem. I only have 3800$ can't afford 2 more sticks. Some parts I can find a tad cheaper but not much.
 
Solution
To reduce the price, you can build it with Threadripper, $849 for the 16C/32T version, the others will be cheaper.Intel's still ripping off with these extreme CPU's.
