My internet is good but downloading speed is low

So i have problem, when i test my internet speed on ookla it says:

but when i download my serial (yes im downloading serial) through uTorrent its SUPER SUPER Slow, i mean max 10 KB/s even not. I've tried some options with uTorrent but nothing.
When i download file through browser, everything is ok, but through uTorrent no... Please help...

Saw a few other posts about torrent and seems like this thread follows the forum rules. If I am wrong, mods have my permission to delete this reply.

Any who, the torrent probably doesn't have enough seeds, which are computers who have downloaded the file already (or initially only one person) who then uploads the torrent seeds to others. There's nothing you can do about it and this is not your internet connections fault.

Try and disable the apply rate limit to utp connections under pref->bandwidth

@mbilal2 - So you say that i don't have to do nothing, just wait until it downloads somehow.
Also, If i understand your comment, that is because only 1 torrent, so i downloaded another version, smaller, and it worked, for 3 seconds.
It get to 300KB/s and then drops to 0.1KB/s

You might be getting throttled. Do you have control over the router and connection?
