My keyboard mouse and screen not working

So i have built a computer and thing was working fine but today it stopped working when i turn it on all the fans work the gpu cpu etc.... but the mouse and the keyboard lights dont work also there is no signal on my screen ...my gpu and my motherboard lights are working and when i plig my phone in the usb its start to charge ...can any one help me .. my motherboard is GA-AX370 gaming 3 rev 1
Gpu is Rx580 xfx black edition
8 gb ram ddr4
600W psu
Ryzen 5 2600 cpu

600W psu what is it model and age might be on the way out USB devices are generally the first to suffer.

That's more than likely your problem. The rx580 probably sucked the PSU dry. Lol

But it working fine with it yesterday

I dont really know how to test it but assuming all the fans and the lights of the mobo and gpu are working i think its fine.... and the problem is not with the monitor since the mouse and the keyboard lights are not wroking

ok so that is not the issue the only thing is its extremely difficult if you have no screen have you tried all the different cables for the screen

yea i have tried to different HDMIcable also i tried VGA cable as well
