My laptop can't find my home network

I've had this laptop ( ASUS - K52N ) for two or three years and it never had any problems with the wi-fi connection . Last night i've tried to go on the internet but i said i had no connection so i checked the available networks and weirdly my home network wasn't there . It can connect to the hotspot from my phone but the connection is very slow. On my other laptop , smartphone and smart tv it connects to the home network and works properly . What can I do to fix this ?

I have turned off the router then power it on again after 10 seconds but the laptop still couldn't find it.

Your computer if still no joy, have you run both a Malware and a virus SCAN?
