Question my laptop underperforming!!!

i have an asus fx506lu laptop core i5 10300h with gtx 1660ti and it stutters like crazy in games with low fps i have reinstalled windows 3 time updated bios and drivers and nothing works i used benchmarking software and it is normal all high scores it just stutters and bad performance in games. please help me iam tired from this laptop

ssd has 200gb free space ram usage 50% ~ 70% temps are high 70s low 80s

Hmm might be a factor. Single channel RAM definitely hurts performance and can suffer stuttering. However 8+4 at best is working in a hybrid/flex mode. If usage goes over 8gb the usage will be single channel. I can’t if this is a factor but ideally for a gaming pc you want 2x8gb.
