The screen is divided in two halves. the icons become very small on both halves and it will not respond in that mode. In quick seconds it chips in full screen and then gone again

You will need to at least reseat the screen connections, there is nothing you can do outside of opening it up and seeing what is going on. If you can't take it apart, you need to bring it to someone that can, or just get another tablet if it's a cheap one.
