I had the same problem when I moved my pc and mobile to my new house. Rebooting will not help since the radio frequency does not change my friend. What you need to do is access your modem/router (typing 192.168.0.1 works 90% of the time and the default username is admin, password is admin123), google how to access your gateway page. Gateway is just a IT word for modem/router. So if you have a Netgear modem for example, your gateway is Netgear with your SSID showing. SSID's are like stamps on your passport. They last for a long time until you access the gateway and change them, just like any stamp, they can be overwritten.
Now to fix your internet problem. Wifi generally works well with no overlaying wifi signals. Any wireless phone around about 20-30 meters transmits a 2.4gb and I forgot the others to the radio tower for conversation to take affect between your neighbours. Microwaves, Airplanes are amongst many possible causes for wifi cut outs and disruptions so rest assured.
Now the solution. Google on how to access your modem's page because there are hundreds. When you access your modem page, find channel settings and try number 1. Reboot see if you connect, if not, change to channel 2, reboot etc.. I promise you you will find a channel and your internet will work just fine. Just a hint, switch of broadcasting within your modem page, it give more power to your signal strength.
