Question My mobo is acting funny

Hello everybody.
I bought this mobo for an ASUS A53B notebook.
The seller (German) guarantees that he tested it and it was OK.
But when I got it and after assembling it what happens is this:

I get the ASUS logo, then the Windows logo, then the Asus logo, then the Windows logo and so on. I cannot access Windows home page.

I can access the Bios.
This problem never happened to me before.

Can it be fixed?

Enter BIOS. Reset to default settings. Make sure the HDD/SSD with the OS is set as first boot device.

It did not work. I keep getting the same problem

I fixed it.
The problem was a defective RAM memory.
I replaced it and now all is well.
