Question My mobos ram and cpu leds r lighting up red and won’t post

So I’ve recently purchased brand new parts to put together a brand new pc and when I tried to post my mobo is telling me I have a problem with my cpu and ram

I’ve tried switching the slots for the ram and trying one ram at a time...same problem.

My specs are:

Ryzen 5 2600
Rtx 2060 super
Asrock x570 phantom gaming 4
16gb of ddr4 gskill ripjaws
80plus gold 550 watt power supply from rosewill

Do you have the applicable User Manual?

Verify that I have indeed identified the correct User Manual.

Good that you recognized the red LED's.

First check your entire build per the User Manual.

Second, doublecheck everything paying special attention to CPU and RAM.

CPU = Section 2.2, Page 14

RAM = Section 2.3, Page 22

Details matter.

Yes I’ve referred to the physical copy that came with the mobo and have reninstalled the cpu 4 times along with the ram. Still no luck
