Question My monitor gets a flickering bar at its bottom when set to 144hz

I have a AOC GAMER FHD 27" HERO 27 144HZ 27G2 and it worked fine until a few days ago. Whenever I set it to 144hz, I got this flickering bar at the bottom. (I uploaded a video to see better what's happening). And it's just happening in 144hz, If I set to 120hz that is the higher hz that I get instead of 144, it works fine.

I already tested other DP cable, updated all drivers, even reinstalled Windows. I tested every single option in Nvidia Control Panel and I also reseted my monitor.

Question - AOC monitor has weird horizontal lines ?

So I got a AOC C24G1 for christmas and now my monitor has weird horizontal lines at bottom that goes away after a few seconds. It also flickers a little bit in some games. Unfortunately I didn't fix it. I tried everything I could, even reinstalled Windows, changed the DP cable. I'm using it set to 100hz now :\
