So, I have a GTX 750 TI Graphics Card with 2 DVI and HDMI slot. I currently have two monitor, one works with DVI only, and the other has HDMI slot which currently a problem because it doesn't work. When I go into safe mode The monitor works fine but in normal mode, it doesn't.
When I disable my Graphics then restart normal mode it works fine, but after enable it again it just goes to a BLACK SCREEN, that's all i see when it doesn't work

1. Reinstall your video card,
2. Boot in Safe mode with networking,
3. Download DDU (https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=939 )
4. RUN DDU to remove driver and reboot..
IMPORTANT : Do not load any graphic drivers at this point
5. After reboot , let window reboot in basic VGA mode and discover your video card again (if windows 7 or 10) do not adjust the setting of video card resolution.
at this point right click on desktop and change your resolution to 1920x1080.
Does your monitor work or not?
1. if not, what make and model is your Monitor?
2. if yes, download a fresh copy from manufacturer the driver for video card and install them.

are you using windows 10 64 bits?
goto web site of video card and get PREVIOUS version not latest version of drivers.
