Question My monitor resolution switches to 1280x960 instead of custom resolution

In many games I play stretched (4:3). Recently I reset my graphics driver (for more space on my computer) and installed the newest driver. My resolution was 1153x1080 for most games and in the nvidia control panel I have a custom resolution 1153x1080. Now after the reset, I did everything like last time except my monitor switches to 1280x960 instead of my wanted res at launch of a game. I know that you can manually switch the res but I hate constantly going into the control panel and switching res, I didn't have to do that last time. Anyone know fix?

I have the same issue which I cannot solve, I also have the same graphics card. I have seen 3 people with the same issue & they all have the same graphics card, GTX 1060 6GB.
