Question My monitor shows 'NO SIGNAL' when plugged in to GPU

I tried everything that I can find online to troubleshoot this problem. But sadly can't seem to find any working solution. So I took my pc to the computer store to get it fixed. They later told me that my GPU was no longer working and needed a new GPU.
My GPU fans are still spinning and LEDs are turning on. But can't get any signal through the display port or HDMI.
What could cause this problem and is there anything that I could try? Every solution is appreciated. Thank you

You can start by parsing the specs to your build, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

including the age of your PSU, apart from it's make and model.

What could cause this problem and is there anything that I could try?
A bad quality PSU or a failing one can knock out your components.

But they already told that the gpu is done. Do you have any reasons to believe it should actually work?
