My monitors keep turning off for around 5 seconds while playing CS:GO

It only happens while playing CS:GO, Both my monitors turn off for around 5 seconds then turn on, the audio stays fine and my microphone works too, I just upgraded to windows 10 and have a gtx 1070, I5 4670k overclocked to 3.9 ghz.

have u tried a different psu???
