Question my motherboard always sets the dram volltage to 1,45, instead 1,35

im not very into overclocking but in bios everytime i use xmp with 3200 mhz it uses 1,45 v instead of the
recommended 1,35 which is written in yellow and i dont know how to change these setting and if its even good to do that .
can anyone tell me what i have to do or should i put the old 2133 mht cl 14 in ?

Please double check using CPU-Z. It's possible there's an error with the XMP profile, though unlikely. Please refer to the manual here on manually setting your RAM voltages. It should be in the "Ai Tweaker" section of your UEFI BIOS, pg 2-25.

cant say right now i putet the frequency to the 2400 mhz cpu suported speed there is no voltage info in cpu z
