Long story short guys, i used a spoofer like a year ago or so when i was banned in a game that i like. But now when i check my dxdiag , the spoofer completely altered my motherboard information.
I was wondering is there any possible way to change this? If so, what can i do to change it? It also changed the UUID of the motherboard. I have attached images in the thread, please have a look!
Any help is appreciated, thank you!

So why after one year or so has it become important to "correct" or "restore" the motherboard information?

What issue or problems have you encountered?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Make and model motherboard?

It's not much of a problem but seeing that my manufacturer info has been edited, i just want to change it back to the default one.

OS:Windows 10 pro version 1909
Processor : Intel i5 7400 Kabylake
RAM : 2x8 GB kingston hyperx DDR4
Video card : Gtx 1650 super
Power supply : Coolermaster 750 Watt gold standard
Motherboard : Gigabyte b250m - DS3
HDD : Western Digital blue 1 tb.
CPU Cooler : Coolermaster hyper evo 212

I can't find a clear instruction video or text based guide that shows how to cmos reset my motherboard.

I saw a video on youtube about cmos resetting gigabyte motherboards in general but that din't help me.

If someone can help me out here that would be awesome, i have a Gigabyte b250m-DS3 motherboard.

Also quick question : Does CMOS reset bring back the factory default settings of the motherboard, including the motherboard manufacturer name and all that?

It will factory reset the settings. depending on the BIOS it can show the logo

have a look at the motherboard´s manual on page 4, there you can se the CLR_CMOS pins
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_ga-b250m-ds3h_e.pdf

pull the plug from the wall
shorten the "clr_cmos" two pins with a screw driver or similar for about 3seconds
after that, plug in power and power on the PC
that´s it

descibed on page 19 as well

Ok, now I really got you problem. Wasn´t aware that you used a software script to alter you HWID. To reset it, use the spoofer you used again, to restore the HWID. If this software doesn´t provide this, reset windows or use a restore point from before using the spoofer tool.

The HWID is stored in the windows registry, if it was altered, you will have to restore the exact same information back to it. If you didn´t take a backup, the only way to restore this is resetting windows.

Hey thanks for the reply but i did try formatting my hard disk and reinstalling a fresh copy of windows but that din't work either, i will try to use the spoofer again if that works.

Is there any other way? I can't seem to find the spoofer anymore . Is there a way that i can manually do it via editing the registry keys?
Thank you, i'd honestly be grateful forever if you can help me out!
