Question My mouse has been freezing periodically and has been driving me insane

Context
About 3 days ago my mouse starting freezing. When it freezes it remains the input of if either mouse button is held down but not the side-to-side movements. This is not a hardware issue as when I plug this mouse into other computers it works fine, and when I plug a different mouse into my computer it still freezes. I also have switched USB slots.


Things I have already tried
* Reinstalling mouse drivers
* Tried different USB slots
* Tried different mouses
* Made sure all my drivers are up to date and re-installing ones without updates
* Tried restarting my computer
* Ran anti-malware scans
* Disabled my USB slots being able to turn off after an idle computer
* Ran SFC /Scannow and the DISM check health restore health commands and the graphics-related DISM command

Things to note
* When this happens my keyboard works as intended
* My screen works as intended
* None of my computer statistics max out on Task Manager
* None of the stats are even near the limit 60% at the highest of the stats
* (I am in immense dissarray)

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

You forgot to include the make and model of your mouse then again you should include the peripherals hooked to your system.
