Solution
Wow - yes.. per Mbarns86.. change you access pass as well (sorry - so obvious I forgot to mention!!).
As he says.. order of things should be something like..
- Scan your PC with Malwarebytes etc.. make sure it clean.
- download firmware
- disconnect everything from router (including internet) except from your PC.. connected via wire preferably..
- wireless off
- upgrade firmware.
- change access/admin password.
- change to WPA2
- change to new strong passcode for wireless..
- turn on wireless...
- connect router back to internet.
- connect your stuff manually if using wireless .. avoid WPS for now..

Something like that order should make it exceedingly difficult for your neighbours.. if they still get in - FBI will probably be...
did you deactivate your guest network? Many WiFi routers have a 2nd guest network which is completely open without a password but usually at a slower speed than the main one.

Also did you turn off the broadcast mode, where your router broadcasts its name so new people can find it and connect to it?

There is no any guest network, broadcast? yeah my wifi network is airtel123

Are You are setting up a WPA2 protection? Be sure you use a longer more diverse password using some random letters numbers and symbols. Don't use birthdays, names...

You can also check with your ISP on the policies of of WiFi use. They may have restrictions about piggybacking on your service and it may be illegal. If what your neighbor is doing is illegal you can have them charged.

They hacked my PC? i changed my pwd then turned off the PC they still managed to hack, these [adjective removed] consumed all FPU data

If they hacked your wifi one time then they could have gained access to your pc remotely which could've allowed them to install shady programs to get them access whenever they want. Which is why changing your password doesn't help.

I tried this website to generate pwd http://passwordsgenerator.net/
see setting

then what to do?

Airtel India

Try this.

i will file a complain today, these [adjective removed]

Perhaps look into a more secure modem/router.

You are using WPA.. .. do you have option to use WPA2 ? Specs say you do.. - use that.. with a strong password to secure..
and you should be safe..
If they crack that in 5 mins.. they are getting your pass phase.. through may be a key logger on your PC or some other way..
No-one (except perhaps CIA or NSA) should have computing power to brute force crack a WPA2 with strong pass phase... should take them weeks at best..
And don't use WPS... they could be scanning that.. manually add your new passphrase to devices.
And update your firmware.. you on 2.1.14 when latest is 2.1.20..

Come on... use your common sense!!!!.... this is basic stuff!!!
If you have old firmware.. there may be vulnerabilities which have been patched in later firmware.. if you have old - they can exploit those vulnerabilities and get straight in.

Cheers

Hi

As well as changing Wireless security key you need to change the router/modem admin account password

you need to ensure remote access to router modem is turned off.

read up on wireless security standards and set the highest you can get

http://www.howtogeek.com/167783/htg-explains-the-difference-between-wep-wpa-and-wpa2-wireless-encryption-and-why-it-matters/?PageSpeed=noscript

prefferably turn off login via wireless if you can login by ethernet cable

if you have only few wireless devices then set up a white list which only allows wireless access to known mac address
(look at label on your laptop, smart phone or wireless card)

If you can get a laptop or desktop close to the modem / router connect to it by ethernet cable and turn off wireless signal for a few days so they will have to look some ware else for their internet

The specs say is DSL-N10E is a combined modem/router, so I am assuming he has this single device doing both roles..and have advised accordingly..
If not - and he has more complicated set up which makes my advice inappropriate/confusing.. sure he will let us know.
